The Contemporary Art Podcast explores artists living and working in the 1980s-present. Each podcast discusses an individual artist's life and oeuvre, and the major themes and influences found in their work. The author, Kristen Osborne-Bartucca, graduated from Columbia University in 2008 with a Master of Arts in American Studies with an emphasis on Postwar American Art. Her master’s thesis concerned the critical discourse surrounding the work of Eva Hesse. Kristen is passionate about modern and contemporary art and hopes this podcast will inspire the same passion in others.
