He previously served as Director of the International Data Centre (IDC) at the CTBTO since November 2004. Ambassador Tibor Tóth was the Executive Secretary of the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO) from 2005 - 2013. He has been actively involved in international disarmament and non-proliferation issues for over three decades.
