Feminist Popcorn is a celebration and growing archive of the greatest films about women. Every two weeks, podcast hosts and movie-loving best friends, Samantha Rehr and Elisabeth Frankel, lead a conversation analyzing three films that share a specific narrative theme. At the end of each episode, the three films covered in the next episode are announced, along with links to their streaming destinations, so that listeners can be a part of the conversation. Listeners are also invited to send in responses, which may be shared during episodes. Movies covered, at the very least, must feature a woman protagonist, as well as another woman in a leading or supporting role, and be told through a woman character's point of view. Keep up with Feminist Popcorn on twitter, facebook, and instagram, and don't forget to subscribe and review! New episodes are released every other Tuesday.
