If we’re not careful, thoughts can often turn to looking at what hasn’t happened, what isn’t working. What about the stuff that is working well?You’ve got to where you are by being able to do something with consistency, right?
I know from personal experience that it’s almost always easier to play to a strength rather than fix a weakness. In this episode I’m going to share a review and planning process called a SOAR analysis. It embraces positivity whilst maintaining objectivity.
