Marjorie Turner Hollman celebrated turning 50 by getting married to a younger man! She has written four best-selling Easy Walks books and has recently released her fifth book, a personal memoir entitled, My Liturgy of Easy Walks: Reclaiming Hope in a World Turned Upside Down.

Since life-saving surgery left her paralyzed on her right side almost 30 years ago, she’s been on a healing journey which included walking outdoor trails throughout New England. Her books focus on helping others, especially those with mobility challenges, get out and enjoy the outdoors.

In this podcast interview, Marjorie shares her wisdom and experience of recovery and a life of disability, the humility of being a welfare mom, how she learned to love again and about her journey to becoming a best selling author.

Marjorie Turner Hollman is a mother, grandmother, wife and best-selling author. When she was left paralyzed after life-saving brain surgery some 30 years ago, Marjorie was sent on a healing journey and was able to regain her ability to walk with support. She went on to author five best selling Easy Walks books and now resides with her husband in Massachusetts.
