Host Sherrilynne Starkie welcomes Lynne Bowman, author of the bestselling cookbook “Brownies for Breakfast” to episode 31 of the 50 Women Over 50 podcast.

Lynne Bowman shares her wisdom about the post menopausal diet and how to fight that creeping weight gain. She also offers incredible insight about finding success after 50 on her own terms, pioneering working from her home, long before the rest of the world was forced to stay away from the office.

She generously advises us about the advantages of becoming women over 50 and invisible. Lynne says it’s actually a superpower that we should all celebrate because it allows us to transition from always being preyed upon towards a life free of expectations about who we are and what we should be.

In this interview she shares with us her story of a life of two halves: one ‘working for the man’ and the other, living on her own terms.
