「複利效應」
所謂複利效應就是藉由微小的正面選擇，透過長時間持之以恆的實踐，你將會發現生活有非常大的改變，那正是複利效應的魅力所在。
生活中的每一個微小選擇，都會影響之後生活的軌跡，透過複利帶來的蝴蝶效應，成果遠比你想像的巨大。初始階段可能充滿了挫折感，讓人不容易持續下去。但只要持之以恆，將會得到飽滿的果實。
小建議：
聽眾們可以拿紙筆寫下1-2項可以實踐的正面微小行動，持之以恆；過了一段時間，你將會發現，結果和預期的不同。
