A lot of house flippers and wholesalers do all the work themselves.
They answer the phone calls, they meet with the sellers, they make the repairs, they find buyers, they handle escrow and utilities and so on.
And that’s okay… some investors like it that way.
But if you’re a solopreneur, your business will never grow beyond you.
For most flippers and wholesalers, that means they’ll never do more than a couple deals per year.
Maybe it’s enough to live on… maybe it isn’t.
But either way, it’s a recipe for burnout.
And it’s why so many real estate investors go back to their “day jobs” after a year or two.

Today, he’s joining me on the podcast to break down these 4 laws and dig into how we as real estate investors can apply his leadership approach in our own businesses.
