What does it mean to live freely? As much as we want to live freely, most of us feel trapped and overwhelmed by our responsibilities and obligations. It seems like we have everything but freedom.

There is a way to live more freely, and in this episode I'm sharing my 5 essential tips so that you can feel less distracted and more connected in your daily life.

How do you make space for the things that matter most to you? How do you discern between what to do in your life, where to put your energy and what to let go of?
