In our glass today is Bruno by Karthäuserhof, Slate Reisling Spätlese. The wine is a homage to Bruno of Cologne, the founder of the Carthusian Order. On the facade of the former monastery which was built in 1335, Bruno is written in metal letters and accompanies us in our daily challenges: slate, steep vineyards, manual work. Enjoy this handcrafted wine in moderation. We deemed this tastes like an adult fruit cup
