On the podcast this week, Sam Makhoul is joined by the President of Neuroblastoma Australia, Lucy Jones. During the episode, we are given an insight into Lucy's journey as she shares her daughter Sienna's tragic battle with this horrible disease.

Channelling her adversity to create change, we see how Lucy has used her personal experience to create a better world for our future generations.

What is Neuroblastoma?

It is a complex solid tumour cancer that claims more lives of children under the age of 5 than any other cancer.

The average age of diagnosis is just two years old, and there are no known reasons why this cancer occurs.

During this episode, we discuss:

  • How Neuroblastoma Australia came to be
  • How tragedy can impact all eight areas of life
  • Techniques for mental and emotional strength; and
  • How we can do our part in this community.

The donations received by Neuroblastoma Australia supports world-class Australian research into developing better, safer treatments to help fight against this number one toddler cancer.

We understand every individual's financial situation is different; if you are in a position to contribute to Neuroblastoma, please find the donation link HERE.
