In the past, when I was increasing movement, I was afraid to increase food because my sole goal was to make my body as small as possible. But I was also later rewarding myself with candy and cookie butter after working out, so it didn't really make any sense!!
Lately, I've been increasing running! In today's episode, I share what I am doing with food....
