Today’s Topic: Happy New Year, girls!

It’s the first day of the year… how are you starting with our First Six challenge? I hope you’ve received our first email today. So, today, we talk more about creating lasting habits, not just for the year, but for your entire life. Habits are small decisions that we make and actions that we perform every day. They are 40% of our behaviors according to research. So, if you think those hours that you waste on watching television does not affect you long-term, then you’re entirely wrong and definitely need to pay attention to what I will be discussing in this episode.

Girls, it’s not easy to put a lasting habit into your routine. It takes time and the right motivation. Put into your mind that it’s all gonna be up to you. Discover how great strategies when you listen in. It’s gonna be a step by step process to have a good healthy habit finally and break from the bad ones!
