Today’s Topic: For today, I want to share with you how I got into Martin Seligman’s Three Good Things Technique. It gave outstanding benefits for me these past days and will probably do for the rest of my life! The Three Good Things technique only requires pen and paper. Before hitting the sack, put time and effort to think about stuff to be grateful for that happened during the day. It does not matter if it’s the teeny tiniest or the grandest, as long as it affected you in a positive way. Reflect on how that affected you and the most possible reason why that good thing happened to you.

You’ll be amazed at how the mundane stuff could be so extraordinary! This technique has rewired my brain to be constantly thankful for where I am right now and at the same time, for the people around me. I started not taking things for granted and be positive for every experience. I encourage you to try it!

Adventure of the Week

Adventure of the Week: I decided to visit a salt cave for this week’s adventure. I stayed inside for a good 55 minutes hoping to get all the relaxing and therapeutic benefits of the salt. It was quite a unique and healing experience. If you’re planning to get into salt therapy or just anything eccentric, then better see how fun and unique this adventure is!

Crowns and Flops: I would like to share with you my crowning and flop moments this week. I am excited to hear yours as well!

This week’s crowning moment is being able to follow the Whole30 diet for nine days now. And, a part of this I’m very proud to stay on this diet is I was able to resist my ultimate favorite food, pizza!

This week’s flop is forgetting to meal prep my daughter’s main protein dish for two days straight. Can you imagine the two mornings where I scramble preparing my daughter’s lunch pack? I’ll just have to do better next time!
