Tony Gentilcore is a strength coach and fitness educator who, in addition to writing for Bodybuilding.com, T-Nation.com and Men's Health has frequently been recognized as one of the top fitness bloggers online (he's one of my personal go-to's). Besides being able to deadlift more than a quarter-ton himself, Tony is well known for helping his clients become ridiculously strong.
