The ability to change and change quickly is emerging as a differentiator for organizational competency. Among the trends that have affected the psychology of workers over the past decade include the accelerating pace of change in the way work gets done; digital technology has fundamentally altered the tools employees use, where they work, how they collaborate and how they are organized. We live and work in an era of change. Using Strengths to help people navigate this fast pace of change is key to individual, team and organizational success. According to Mercers Global Talent Trends report, 96% of companies are planning organizational redesign yet only 18% consider themselves ‘Change Agile’ Regardless of if you are an internal coach within an organization or independent external coach change is a hot topic and Charlotte will share some observations, resources and approaches she finds works for her to help her clients navigate change. Charlotte is one of the founding Partners of The Strengths Partners. A company she formed with two other coaches after becoming a Gallup Certified Coach in 2013. She working primarily with teams and Organisations and 90% of her work is with CliftonStrengths. Her background before moving into Leadership Development was in Technology sales having spent 7 years at Canon UK and then 12 years with Verizon. In the last few years, she has found that every company she works with faces a similar challenge – helping people navigate the fast pace of change.
