Outside of New York, his seasonal French-American cooking can be found worldwide from London to Toronto, Montreal and Singapore. Daniel is the recipient of multiple James Beard Foundation awards including “Outstanding Restaurateur,” “Best Chef of New York City” and “Outstanding Chef of the Year.” He is also a top-selling cookbook author and television personality, Co-President of Citymeals on Wheels, and Chairman of Ment’or BKB Foundation.
