To no one's surprise, several people responded that they were upset and disappointed that IIN would get political. I am starting to read this as code for subtle racism, but here's the thing: IIN's entire existence is political. To not know this is to not be aware of IIN's evolution and the huge role it has played in improving the healthcare industry. After you graduate, you may feel like you don't know enough or that you'll need to pursue advanced or specialized training before you can feel confident in your coaching.
