One of the best young cornerbacks in the league, Pat Surtain II, joins Bryant McFadden to discuss his path from growing up with a football-playing father to dominating at Alabama and now to his rookie season with the Denver Broncos. Surtain shares what it was like to play for his dad in high school and what led to him choosing Alabama over the presumed favorite, LSU. Of course, we have to ask for Nick Saban stories...Pat breaks down how he got better in Tuscaloosa and how he was tested daily in practice by Bama's elite WRs. We transition to talk about his brief NFL experience which has already included picking off Trevor Lawrence, Justin Herbert and Patrick Mahomes. Surtain II also details what it was like for the Broncos to lose Von Miller in the middle of the season and how he can make a stronger case for Defensive Rookie of the Year. Finally, Superlatives!
