  • Adaptabilidad
  • Frecuencia
Aún si ustedes ya hacen ejercicio y conocen estos principios, nos parece muy importante recordarlos y tenerlos en cuenta pues es muy fácil dejar de ver los resultados que se buscan por olvidar lo básico.
