This Chi-To-Be! Solution Process is an opportunity to learn how to apply the '4 Solution Questions' to make your decision. Ask yourself, how often in the course of your life did you ask others "What Should I Do?' Did you ask someone else to help you decide the action to take because you did not trust yourself to make the correct choice? What was the reason for asking someone else to tell you what to do? When we ask others for their advice about what we 'should' do, we relinquish our independence when we consider that the definition of independence is 'confident self-reliance.' The Practice of 'The 4 Questions: *I think for myself. *I am fully myself. *I trust my own decisions. *I enjoy healthy self-care. *I am thankful for the gift of Independence. It empowers me to be truly myself. If you have questions, contact the facilitator.
