How to Find Balance During this Stressful Time is an article by Dominique Apollon about creating a safe, caring environment for yourself. SAMHSA Fact Sheet on Sheltering in Place, what to expect and ways to cope with being inside for long periods of time. Simple Habit is a meditation and mindfulness app that you can download via Google Play or Apple Apps Store. You can visit the website to get a sense of the kind of content and does it fit your needs.
