Welcome to Appetite 4 Change! This series looks at how what we say to ourselves, what we let ourselves believe, whether about food, exercise or how we should look, act or be, impacts what we end up being able to do. It is not a podcast about diet and exercise, rather an exploration about how we need to redefine how we think about diet and exercise, what it looks like and how it fits into our lives. We all need to eat well and be active, but the rationale for why we do that is just as important in terms of determining the outcomes that those things help us achieve. If you are unhappy with how other programs have left you feeling like something was missing then we challenge you to listen in and see if maybe that something was the way you see yourself, the way you define success, the way you need to 'do you' in a way that cookie cutter programs don't allow for. It's all about thinking outside the box - so join us and decide for yourself if your relationship with food, rather than the food itself is what has been holding you back.
