We realize that we are probably not the first (or even the 100th) person to suggest that you get out of your comfort zone. A quick trip over to Facebook or Instagram will yield an abundance of inspirational quotes and memes that encourage you to be bold, brave, and fearless. That's all well and good. I like and appreciate a lot of them. However, we need more than inspiration to make real change and venture into life's uncharted waters (and possibilities).

On this week's episode, we explore some of the macro challenges that tend to keep us in our comfortable. More importantly, we dig into some actionable strategies and tactics to help you become more comfortable with discomfort...and ultimately unlock your own potential.
