If your skin is looking dull and more aged and/or your hair is thinning and losing its natural color, have you considered whether or not your lifestyle is the cause of it? Stress, in particular, can seriously impact your skin and hair. It can put a lot of pressure on your skin and hair cells, which can lead to lines, wrinkles, patchy skin, gray hair, hair fall, et cetera. Of course, the answer to this is to reduce your stress, but for many, that is not an easy solution. Our busy schedules can often prevent us from naturally lowering stress; sometimes, even 30 whole minutes alone may not be possible. If that is the case for you, then perhaps it is better if you reduce stress throughout the day with a few tips and tricks.

It is extremely important to not normalize stress, especially if you want beautiful skin and hair. Our bodies are at their best when we are relaxed and our minds are clear.
