I am excited to share my latest interview about empowering your relationships with Tracy Crossley. Tracy is a Behavioral Relationship Expert and Pattern Buster whose work centers on emotional connection—with ourselves and others. She helps people get out of their head to uncover the belief system that drives their behavior, then guides them through emotionally-driven actions to break the patterns that keep them stuck.

During our conversation, Tracy shares how she helps her clients and some tips you can use to improve your relationships starting today.

Tracy started coaching 8 years ago, when she became a Love Coach. Having gone through challenging and dysfunctional relationships, she knows the importance of being true to yourself, and changing the damaging patterns of deep seated negative beliefs. Tracy specializes in helping clients reclaim their power by gaining confidence and finding out who they truly are and what they really want from life. She encourages clients to get out of their heads and focus on their deep intuitions instead. By enabling them to identify on a deeper level with their core beliefs, they can then eliminate those beliefs and learn how to self love.

As someone who struggled with insecure attachment issues for most of her life, Tracy shares her experiences with equal parts empathy and humor. She’s been there, and knows how much is available to those who refuse to settle. The work she does leads to self-acceptance, emotional freedom and a more authentic life.
