It’s as simple as understanding that WHAT you say to yourself MATTERS...a lot. You have around 50,000 daily thoughts rambling around in your head. Those thoughts are either working FOR you, or against you.

In this episode of Art of Doing, we’ll talk about how you harness the power of your own thoughts for good & for power.

NEWS FLASH, your brain is phenomenal. When you think a thought, your brain processes the information literally, without context of the future or past, and literally prepares you for the action that should immediately follow that thought.

Pretty cool right?! But not if those thoughts suck.

So often the things we say to ourselves are brutal. They’re things we’d never, ever say to another human being, yet they’re often stuck on constant replay inside our heads.

I’m not good enough. I can’t do this. I’m such an idiot. I am going to fuck this up. What a loser! I suck at this.

BROKEN. RECORD.

Other times the dialogue is a bit different, but yet the outcome is the same. The thoughts start to create an “inner reality”

I’m not a morning person. I don’t like broccoli. I’m always hungry.

Have you ever wondered if these are actually statements of fact?

Sure, maybe these things bear some truth, but do they have to be so rigid that they define WHO you become.

The more we SAY these things over and over, they become steeped into the fiber of our being.

This episode is packed with powerful antidotes on negative thoughts, self talk & concrete examples & steps on how to change that mental chatter into something powerful.
