Today's episode is with Katrina Thompson. Katrina is a special needs teacher that works in schools to build climates and communities whose health curriculum teaches our future generation the power of food. In her eyes, the food you put into your body gives children the ability to focus in the classroom, show love and respect to their body and allows children to build habits absolutely necessary in their adult lives.

We dive into how having a healthy whole food diet changed her life and how it can impact generations to come.
