“According to the archbishop, this mission gives the Church a legitimate standing to be concerned about the teaching of “gender theory.” This theory, he explained, citing the Apostolic Exhortation Amoris Laetitia (“The Joy of Love,” 2016), “envisages a society without sexual differences, thereby eliminating the anthropological basis of the family.”

Consequently, “human identity becomes the choice of the individual, one which can also change over time,” laments the Exhortation (n.56).

The Congregation, said Bishop Za ni, is expected to publish a document on the subject in the coming weeks. It will take the form of a letter to the episcopates of the whole world.”

“For the first time, scientists have corroborated with direct evidence that the Earth has oceans of water deep within mantle by actually recovering some trapped inside diamonds.

While at least three recent studies have found evidence to support the theory, what few scientists are noting is that the discovery of actual droplets of the water hundreds of miles deep below the Earth’s surface corroborates what the Bible said in the Genesis Flood account, say Christians who have been following the latest research.”

“Interestingly, Tschauner and his colleagues weren’t looking for water. Like most scientists and climatologists today, they were looking for carbon dioxide – thought to be the culprit behind the theory of global climate change. They didn’t find any.

“We’re still looking for it, actually,” said Tschauner.”

“In 2005 he released The Song Inside: The Sounds of Breaking Down, which included the track “How He Loves”. The song was successful despite the album’s independent release, and has been covered by several well-known artists within the Christian music industry including the David Crowder Band.[2][3] The song has sentimental meaning for McMillan, who wrote it following the death of a dear friend who, during a church staff meeting, prayed out loud “If it would shake the youth of a nation, I will give my life today.” McMillan was awakened in the middle of the same night by a phone call; the friend had been killed in a car crash.[4] The song took more than a year to surface in the Christian mainstream, but has gone on to become a commonly played worship song on Christian radio and throughout church organizations.” From wikipedia

3. Am I experiencing the illusion of intimacy?

“Might it be that Christian radio, for instance, cultivates a false sense of community because it does not promote intimate (read: accountable and disciplined) relationships between listeners? That is, not only do we not know the speakers or the musicians, but as listeners, does it isolate us from each other?

Pandora and Spotify use individualism as a part of their business plan — your music delivered to you, individually. I suspect that Christian radio (and other genres of media and other types of private entertainment) typically ends up isolating us from each other. They deliver the ingredients of worship so that we worship — or are entertained — alone. And although there is no biblical injunction against private worship, the tendency of Christian radio is to privatize worship.”

“If we hunger for human connection, Christian radio and podcasts are not that connection. So, could it be that they feed in us a desire for independence, preference, privatization, and even isolation?”
