How to Get More Out of Powerful Leadership with Stefano Di Lollo
Stefano and his team are committed to infusing your leadership journey with innovative services and products aimed at transforming your narrative story so that it aligns with the leader you want to be.

We discuss how to be a powerful leader by taking action in ways like:

  1. Determine how present you are, and acknowledge when distraction is taking you away from really seeing and hearing the person in front of you
  2. Allowing time and space for people to think about the things we are asking of them, rather than looking for an immediate action/response
  3. Participating in a conversation on purpose.
    1. Ask questions without embedding the answer we want inside of it.
    2. Actively listening in order to learn more, instead of simply sharing the points what we want to get across

Leadership is complex and requires us to build the skill of being adaptable, and comfortable with change, so that we can lead in a way that the situation in front of us requires.

About Stefano:
Stefano has extensive experience as a consultant partnering with purpose-driven leaders and organizations to help create impactful and innovative teams.

Stefano acquired in-depth leadership experience in diverse sectors, and his expertise helped develop and launch creative initiatives within corporations, and educational institutions alike.

Some of his creative leadership programs are offered to Papillon MDC’s top corporate clients.
