Steve Conlin, President of ICD Alloys & Metals, joins Trent and Patrick on “At Home with Roby”. At the age of 16, Steve was a professional soccer player in the UK. After an injury put him on the sidelines, he got a job sweeping floors at a metal recycling business. He quickly moved up within the company and was offered the opportunity to go back to college where he became a Metallurgist or Doctor of Metals.
