This week I've caught up with Kerrie Atherton trauma and addictions recovery counsellor, founder of Stories of Hope to discuss the roots of addictive behavior, alcohol consumption and its role to help with social acceptance. I've interviewed Kerrie last year for my Life Rocks podcast where we talked about her own incredible life story of overcoming addictions and how she gives back with her love and passion to the community.
Creatives are known for their sensitivity, maybe this is the message you need to hear?
Here is what we've discussed:
- Stories of Hope
- Addictive behaviour.
- How to take your power back.
- Self care - mental health check.
- Alcohol and social acceptance- female entrepreneurs.
- Tips for creatives how to overcome self-doubt.
Stories of hope are a regular event so if you are interested in participating just contact Kerrie to sahe your story in a safe non-jundgmental space.
