荔枝酿肉

材料

荔枝 30颗 去皮去核待用

五花肉碎 150克

香菇 10克 泡软后剁碎

红萝卜 10克剁碎

葱花 10克

胡椒粉 半茶匙

酱清 15毫升

地瓜粉两汤匙约30克

做法:

1。 把所有的材料与调味料和五花肉搅拌在一起后待用。

2. 荔枝去皮去核后把拌好的五花肉馅塞进荔枝肉内 *小心别弄破哦!

3. 蒸锅水滚后,把塞满肉的荔枝用中火蒸10分钟便可,出锅后淋上葱花便可以开动了。
