Today we're pleased to welcome Genevieve Athens, President of Autism Lifespan Coach to Autism Empowerment Radio to share strategies with our listeners about providing support for siblings of all ages. Genevieve Athens is the parent of a teenage daughter with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and a neurotypical teenage son. She is the principal of a private practice, Autism Lifespan Coach serving Oregon and SW Washington. Ms. Athens was Executive Director of the Autism Society of Oregon for 9 years and is on the board of directors for the Autism Research Institute as well as the Editorial Advisory Board for Spectrums Magazine. She has helped thousands of people connect to autism resources and services and is a well-respected public speaker.
