Drones. We all have seen them. We all know about them. They can do amazing things. But what about their insane popularity and growth that is expected over the next few years? Actually, it has already begun. Despite their incredible use and technology, from Long Beach, New York, to Dubai, drones can pose a serious risk for pilots of manned aircraft. Next week, the FAA has brought this issue into light with the 'National Drone Safety Awareness Week'. On this episode, I explain some real world examples and things people are doing with drones that is less than ideal, and share some stories from an AOPA article on drone safety this week.
