If you have ever suffered from anxiety or panic attacks, then you know how difficult and scary it can be. I never knew that I was suffering from anxiety until a year ago. I had lived my whole life without ever recognizing the symptoms. In today's episode, I talk about how to identify the symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks. I also talk about some of the ways that you can reduce anxiety, and how to stop a panic attack when it starts happening. It is so important that you understand what is happening in your body and how to treat it. Never be ashamed to talk about your mental health. Everyone deserves to live a life that is happy and free from stress, anxiety, and worry.
