On this episode of Baseball Outside the Box,

Today we go across the pond to our friends in Great Britain with someone who has worked in the development of multiple sports and is now with the Strength and Conditioning coach and Sports Science expert for the Senior Baseball National Team in the UK, Lloyd Williams.

We continue our discussions by reaching out around the world to baseball countries on the rise and in today’s show we discuss the evidence-based practice with anecdotal real life experience and the results across multiple sports. We will also cover how to look at combining research with reality to give coaches an educated and practical take home from the talk. Our special guest Lloyd Williams and what I love about Lloyd he brings expertise from many sports he has helped coach and develop. As we discussed many times we can learn a lot from other sports as well as the cross-training between sports.
