My dear friend and Bravo's Vanderpump Rules Star, Katie Maloney joins me to talk about a subject that we all struggle with, CONFIDENCE. Both Katie and I have struggled with confidence at certain points in our lives, but Katie, has really come to an "ah ha" moment, almost enlightened, about the subject. She has been through it all, with negative comments on social media after being on a reality show, but her biggest struggle (and same with me) was the negative self talk we give ourselves. Well now, Katie "gives zero f&$ks" Maloney is here to tell you how she began to stop caring what others thought and started to care about what made HER FEEL BETTER.
