Happy 2021! New year, new you? Nooooo, none of that. Let's hear into the year just as we are. No resolutions that we break and feel bad about. No focus on what's "wrong" with us that we "need to change". We have what we need and are who we are and that is a beautiful thing! But I do love the idea of choosing a word for the year or setting an intention for the year or even just for the month or for the day ahead. It feels positive, attainable, and allows us to feel good about where we are and where we are going and gives us a place to shift back into when we get off course.
