This is a great episode with Mitch Stewart, I always enjoy talking to him, he has some great insight on training, how to approach workouts and when young players should start working out. He gives some great advice and explains how young athletes should have structure over substance and explains the importance. Mitch always has some great ideas and perspectives to help athletes improve. We hope you enjoy listening.
