How does an ex-juggler get into brewing? What happens between idea and opening the brewery?
David Aiken is planning to open Checkerhead Brewing on Vancouver Island, Canada in early 2023. During our chat he explained how he went from Juggler to homebrewer and what his plans are for the brewery.
