When you're not feeling your best, what do you do? Rather than living in negativity, do you look for proactive methods to overcome obstacles? Nobody is immune to negative emotions; everyone goes through ups and downs regardless of their social status or level of success.

It's normal to have off days and fall into less than optimal moods. Although we may not realize it, in the grand scheme of things, our current space, whether positive or negative, has a great deal of influence on how we act and how our performance will be.
