This week we are featuring HCI student, First responder, and Health, Wellness & Life Coach, Allan Dignard. After an injury Allan was depressed and unmotivated, his turning point was waking up drunk one morning to his young daughter running around unsupervised. At that moment he knew he needed to make a change. Flash forward to now he helps other first responders develop healthy relationships with their body and mind. His goal is to give other the tools to avoid falling into depression, PTSD, and other unhealthy habits that many resort to in his line of work.
