A new regular podcast series from PRWeek UK - called Beyond the Noise - launches today. Episode one kicks off with an in-depth look at major trends from PRWeek's UK Top 150 Consultancies project.

The podcast will look in detail at some of the biggest issues affecting comms and PR. It will begin as a fortnightly series and go live on alternate Thursdays.

The regular host will be Frankie Oliver, founder of the climate and social change comms consultancy New Society, and an experienced comms professional who has held senior roles at agencies including Grayling, Fever, Nexus and Kindred.

She will be joined by members of the PRWeek UK editorial team, and special guests will also appear on occasion. Listeners can expect lively debates and discussions on the topics that matter to the sector.

The debut show delves into some of the big issues affecting UK agencies identified in the PRWeek UK Top 150 Consultancies project for 2022.

Joining Oliver this week are PRWeek editor-in-chief Danny Rogers and UK editor John Harrington. The trio will look at the stories behind the impressive figures from this year's Top 150, including the main areas of growth and the challenges of recruitment and maintaining profits. They also address the question of whether growth can be maintained.

We hope you enjoy Beyond the Noise. Any feedback or questions to the panelists can be sent to prweek@haymarket.com.
