Your state of self-awareness is not something you would think about daily. In this Raise Your Game session, we will look into what self-awareness is and how it can be beneficial to know ourselves better. We will also look at how it may be detrimental, if not practiced properly. Lastly, we will explore some ways/steps we can take to increase our internal and external self-awareness and ultimately how it is about self-acceptance.
