There is no question that AI is a game changer. Microsoft recently embarked on a study with IDC that showed AI will accelerate the rate of innovation to almost double and increase employee productivity improvement by 60% by the year 2021. That’s not too far away when you think of it. So, despite clear benefits, we are still far behind when embarking on our AI journey. Why? Dr Dzahar Mansor, the National Technology Officer at Microsoft Malaysia talks to us about this study and shares some insights.
