Daniel Peterson is a Kentucky born and bred musician. His current projects include Krystal Peterson & the Queen City Band and Honey & Houston. We sit down to discuss the 1973 album Head Hunters by Herbie Hancock. This record started off the jazz fusion sound of the 1970s and beyond. It's also a heavily sampled album on a lot of classic hip hop records. We discuss how this album influenced Daniel's drumming beyond just the great rhythms on this album.
