Wie man mit einem Podcast mehr Akzeptanz für einen Change-Prozess im Unternehmen sorgen kann, erzählt uns heute Patrick Kather. Er ist Geschäftsführer bei E.ON Inhouse Consulting, dem hausinternen Beratungsunternehmen des Stromkonzerns. Der interne Podcast "Listen and Explore" hat die Übernahme von RWE Innogy durch E.ON begleitet. In den Episoden hat Patrick unterschiedliche Kolleginnen und Kollegen, wie das künftige Vorstandsmitglied Viktoria Ossadnik oder den designierten E.ON-Chef Leonhard Birnbaum, vor dem Mikrofon gehabt. Die Interviews waren sehr persönlich und nah. Das "Du" war selbstverständlich und auch Anekdoten aus dem Privatleben der Gäste durften nicht fehlen. So erzählte "Viktoria" von ihren Pferden und "Leo" von seiner Kletterleidenschaft.
