Curious about the various diets out there? This week we have Mia Greco, an Anti-Diet Registered Dietitian who specializes in finding peace with food freedom utilizing the principles of Intuitive Eating.

Mia just recently opened her private practice in September of 2020, Olive Branch Nutrition which provides Medical Nutrition Therapy in a weight inclusive, body positive framework, Mia primarily focuses on disordered eating, chronic dieting, eating disorder recovery, and general preventative nutrition. Mia is a HAES aligned practitioner. In addition to providing Medical Nutrition Therapy, Mia also has an Intuitive Eating Small Group Program and offers workshops and presentations. Mia also work at Harper College, in Palatine, Illinois as an adjunct instructor, clinical supervisor and speaker for their wellness department. Mia enjoys developing nutrition curriculum for her students that includes HAES, intuitive eating and social justice issues that impact people’s nutrition. Mia is passionate about changing the world of nutrition, wellness and healthcare to be a more inclusive and encompassing space for all people. When not focused on helping people find peace with food and their bodies or educating future dietitians, Mia enjoys spending time with her family, which includes two small children, her husband and dog. Mia loves practicing yoga, dancing to silly songs with her kids, reading books, and just being present in her life.
