Welcome back to another episode of the Broken Clock Podcasts Gamescast, as Joe and Adam discuss the week in gaming news. With no big releases this week, Joe spent time catching up with Assassin's Creed, while Adam is nearly finished with Mario Odyssey, in a good way.

The big stories this week concern the possiblity of landmark changes to two different facets of the gaming world. The first is a recent comment that suggests that we may one day soon get to play Xbox games on other consoles. While the second takes the much maligned annual release of Sports games, and hints that we may soon be getting a more "games as service" approach to two huge franchises.

The lightning Round/Not Lightning Round has news on the new Injustice DLC, the smashing success of GTA V, EA's shopping spree, and more.
